Due to numerous requests to extend the paper submission deadline, RACR2015 Conference Committee is pleased to announce that we will continue to accept paper submissions until December 31 st 2014.

Full papers within 6 pages (A4) are invited for submission in any of the fields listed on CONFERENCE TOPICS. We strongly recommend electronic submission. Manuscripts will be reviewed by the Program Committee in accordance with standard practice and the criteria for the conference. All submissions MUST be submitted in English. The abstract should be no more than 300 words.
Special training and certification in human health and ecological risk assessment will be provided to the participants by the risk assessment leaders of the National Center for Environmental Assessment from U.S. Environmental Protection Agency http://www.epa.gov )!
All accepted papers will be included in the proceedings of RACR 2015 as a printed book titled " Emerging Economies, Risk and Development, and Intelligent Technology" to be published by CRC Press, in USA, who shall to the best of its ability facilitate to have the papers indexed in EI. The proceedings of RACR-2013 were indexed by EI after publishing only 4 months.
The best papers presented at the conference will be selected for publication in special issue of Human and Ecological Risk Assessment (indexed by SCI). A re-submitted paper for the special issue is required to be extended and with a little change in title. Each manuscript will be reviewed according to the standard policy of the journal. The deadline of receiving the manuscripts is August 31, 2015.
Only submissions that cited the papers published in SRA-China's official journal JRACR (http://www.atlantis-press.com/publications/jracr) could be recommended
Two "Best Paper Award" and one "Best Student Paper Award" will be conferred to the author(s) of a full paper presented at the conference, selected by the Program/Conference Chairs based on the best combined marks of paper reviewing, assessed by the Program Committee, and paper presentation quality, assessed by session chairs at the conference venue. The "Best Student Paper Award" will be given to a paper in which the first author is a registered MSc or PhD student. An awarded paper will be entitled to:
